shell_strategy.ts POWERSHELL_COMPATIBILITY_PREFIX shims echo with a custom function but not printf. The vault-roundtrip fixture uses printf %s to write secrets without trailing newline. Fix: add a printf function handling %s and %s\n using System.IO.File WriteAllText. Related: swamp#2156. Env: Windows Server 2022, swamp 20260916. Discovered via swamp-uat#363.
