Same gap as GCP issue #442: the Cloudflare update and sync methods derive their target from globalArgs.name, not from the data artifact name. After list writes per-resource artifacts, update/sync cannot target them without creating separate model instances. Fix: add optional identifier argument to update and sync in codegen/cloudflare/extensionModelGenerator.ts, following the same pattern applied to GCP in PR #123.
