The verify-build workflow at verification/workflow-verify-build.yaml fails to load with: Unknown key 'guard' on job 'codegen-verify'. Valid job keys: name, description, steps, dependsOn, weight, concurrency, affinity, writes, target, labels, platform, queueTimeout. This blocks all pre-PR verification runs. The 'guard' key was likely added before the workflow schema supported it, or the swamp binary version predates the feature.
