#972 Docs: update manual with whole-field expression syntax for workflow task inputs/globalArgs

Issue #932 added support for workflow task inputs and globalArgs fields to accept a single CEL expression that evaluates to a record at runtime (e.g. inputs: ${{ self.item.implementation.inputs }}). The user-facing manual at content/manual/reference/workflows.md should be updated to document this new syntax alongside the existing literal-record form, with a forEach dynamic dispatch example.
