swamp-club/swamp#1529 added --tag key=value support to swamp vault put. The manual reference for vaults (content/manual/reference/vaults.md) needs updating to document:

The new --tag <key=value> repeatable flag on vault put
That tags are stored as annotation labels (same as vault annotate --label)
That tags are visible via vault inspect
Example usage for governance use cases (owner, environment, classification)
