The hot-reload reference page at content/manual/reference/swamp-serve/hot-reload.md covers extension bundle reloading and trusted collectives but does not mention trigger overrides. After PR #2447, trigger overrides have two reload paths: (1) swamp workflow trigger set/remove --server applies overrides directly to the running scheduler (no --hot-reload required), (2) swamp serve reload re-reads all overrides from serve.yaml as part of a full reload (requires --hot-reload). The hot-reload page should document both paths.
