Follow-up from #2094. The workflow execution report now includes approval metadata, step outputs, startedAt/completedAt timestamps, and a steps CEL namespace. Update content/manual/reference/workflows.md and content/manual/reference/cel-expressions.md to document the new JSON fields and CEL expressions.
