Context

PR swamp-club/swamp#1781 (swamp-club#1000) changed swamp worker list to hide disconnected workers by default and added an --all flag. It also changed the JSON output from a bare array to an envelope object with workers, count, and filteredDisconnectedCount fields.

What needs updating

content/manual/reference/remote-execution/worker-commands.md in the swamp-club docs site:

Document the --all flag in the swamp worker list section
Update the example output to show only connected workers by default
Add an example showing --all output with disconnected workers
Document the new JSON output shape ({ workers, count, filteredDisconnectedCount }) — this is a breaking change from the previous bare array format
