The manual reference at content/manual/reference/swamp-serve/access-commands.md describes swamp access token mint as "The plaintext is shown once" and swamp access token rotate as "The new plaintext is shown once."

After the fix for swamp-club#1466, the plaintext is never printed — instead the output shows a swamp vault get retrieval command. The docs need to be updated to reflect this change.
