Document the repository-level .swamp.yaml retention defaults for swamp run gc. Cover garbageCollection.outputs and garbageCollection.workflowRuns, include a configuration example and their independent 30-day fallbacks, and explain that --older-than <duration> overrides both for one invocation. Update the command example and flag help so they describe configured-or-default retention rather than an unconditional 30-day default. Update bundled CLI guidance and troubleshooting only; no behavior change.
