Add swamp data delete command to remove a data artifact by model and name

In the Lab (and likely other surfaces where operatives are shown), usernames are rendered as plain text instead of links to /u/{username}. Clicking a username should navigate to that operative's profile, but currently nothing happens.

Steps to Reproduce

Go to https://swamp.club/lab
Open any issue
Try to click the author's username
Nothing happens — it's not a link

Expected Behavior

Usernames should be rendered as anchor tags pointing to /u/{username}, consistent with the URL convention documented in CLAUDE.md. This should apply everywhere a username appears (issue lists, issue detail, comments, etc.).

Actual Behavior

Usernames render as plain text with no link.
