The install.ps1 script now has full parity with install.sh (swamp-club#1960). The content/manual/how-to/install-swamp.md guide in swamp-club/swamp-club needs a Windows section covering: running install.ps1, PowerShell execution policy, version pinning, custom install directory, and PATH configuration.
