swamp itself moved orgs (systeminit/swamp now redirects to swamp-club/swamp), and homebrew-tap/swamp-extensions live under swamp-club too. setup-swamp never followed -- there's no swamp-club/setup-swamp, it's still at systeminit/setup-swamp, and its file contents are stale relative to the new org:

action.yml installs from https://artifacts.systeminit.com/install.sh, but swamp's own README now documents https://swamp-club.com/install.sh as canonical.
action.yml's swamp-club-url input describes its default as https://swamp.club, but DEFAULT_SWAMP_CLUB_URL in src/domain/auth/auth_credentials.ts is https://swamp-club.com (swamp.club is now LEGACY_SWAMP_CLUB_URL).
README.md links github.com/systeminit/swamp, which only works via GitHub's rename redirect.

Whether the fix is (a) patch the strings in place at systeminit/setup-swamp, or (b) actually transfer the repo into swamp-club alongside its siblings, is an org/ownership call -- filing so it's tracked either way.
