scripts/build_attestation.ts calls swamp workflow history get with no repo dir, so it resolves against the current directory. In a worktree (which is not a swamp repo), deno task build-attestation fails with: could not read run . verification-conventions.md tells worktree users to pass --repo-dir to the verify workflows, but build-attestation has no equivalent flag. The --config path is also read via git show :, so it must be repo-relative. Workaround used on #2620: run the worktree's script from the main checkout with an absolute SWAMP_WORKFLOWS_DIR. Suggested fix: add a --repo-dir flag passed through to swamp, and document it.
