feat(clickhouse): tracked archive→CH backfill tooling (backfill.sql)

swamp serve dies on terminal close, reboot, or crash. There's no built-in way to keep it running persistently. Feature request: ship a swamp serve install subcommand that generates and installs a platform-appropriate service definition (macOS LaunchAgent plist, Linux systemd unit) for the current repo, with KeepAlive/Restart=always, working directory set to the repo root, and stdout/stderr logged to a predictable path.
